Project Reporter

    Material data, tracked
    through the whole project.

Project Reporter keeps the material data for a project. Start from the documents you have, update quantities as the work progresses, and submit to a program, an incentive or a certification, all from one workflow.

    Step 01 / Map

Start from the documents you already have.

Upload a takeoff, bill of materials or schedule of values. Project Reporter matches each material to an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), the manufacturer's published data for that product. You confirm the matches. Most of the data entry is done at this point.

    Step 02 / Track

Track materials through the whole project.

One material list runs from design through construction. The designer, estimator, contractor and owner each update it at their phase. The GWP figures update with it.

    Step 03 / Source

Find cleaner products and the suppliers who make them.

Search EPDs by product type and distance from the site. Filter to the products that meet your target. Selecting a product adds its supplier to the project, so you can request a current EPD or mix design and the reply attaches to that material.

    04
    Step 04 / Submit

Submit the same records to every program that asks.

A project often reports to more than one place. The same material data meets each requirement at the milestone it is due.
