We launched BuiltCold to support the Federal Buy Clean Initiative, expressly focused on making it easier for agencies to source compliant EPDs. What started there has grown into something much bigger. Agencies now run full clean construction programs on the platform, and designers, engineers, and general contractors have comprehensive tools to navigate and comply.
Today we get to complete the picture. The Supplier Portal is here, welcoming the suppliers and manufacturers whose declarations power every one of these programs. It gives each company one place to manage their EPDs, their records, and the requests programs send them. Beta access is open.

Engaging your supplier community early and often has been one of the harder parts of running a Buy Clean program. That changes with the portal. Suppliers in your jurisdiction can now see their declarations exactly as your program does, where they stand against your thresholds, and what compliance involves, before a single question reaches your office. Verified suppliers come in with their records already matched, ready to participate from day one.
Workflows improve too. Requests for declarations, quantities, documents, and waivers return consistent and ready for review, all at no cost to your program.
03 · For project teamsYour compliance just got easier
For project teams, materials compliance runs on communication, and every handoff is a chance for something to slip. The portal streamlines that coordination. Suppliers respond to your project directly, each request spells out exactly what is needed, and answers come back attached to the record, ready for submittal.
Working with a preferred supplier who is newer to low-carbon construction? The portal welcomes them too, showing how programs view their declarations and what participation looks like.
